Appraisals and Ebooks should have instructions forwarded to you within a few minutes after payment. There will be a link in your email to the appraisal information and a link from a webpage that appears after payment is received. Occasionally your email program will stop this link from being returned or may break the link into two sections and this will disable it. If you have problems, please try copying the link into your browser window, or contact us directly so that we may send the link in a more direct format.
If you are not satisfied with your Online Appraisal process or the content of an E-Book, we do offer full refunds if you contact us within 24 hours.

Some personal information may be gathered when you proceed to check out including but not limited to your name, physical mailing address, physical shipping address (if different than your mailing address), your email address, daytime telephone number, credit card number and expiration date and information about where you first learned about this site. We also delete your credit card information after it is entered so we do not keep it on file.
